Google Wave, No wave no more…
“Google’s blog announced that Google Wave, the innovative communication platform released last year, will be discontinued.”
I’ve been a user of Google Wave since the first week it was launched, I got an invite from a friend. I think I got only a few weeks to month to use it. I was amazed how easy it is, to share and discussed anything and wave it with a bunch of online friends. Even though it has much to offer, I forgot I have one and forgot to use it. And now, not yet on it’s peak, Google wave will be discontinued and will be on until this year according to them. Google said, “Wave has not seen the user adoption we would have liked…”, Google waves platform will vanish but not its rich features that they say will be added to other Google services(Gmail, Google docs, etc), and I personally think that would be awesome.
Hello there, my blog, daymn its been a while…
Surely, I’ve been busy with work and some stuffs, and forgot that I am maintaining a blog LOL.
I don’t really forget to share something online, aside from this blog I’m maintaining a flickr and a photoblog which I don’t forget to update when I got to have new nice photos to share. So I’m thinking I should be then have a category of some photography in this blog, so this can be updated once and a while. What do you think guys!?
Nokia Phone Recharges Without Wires
Yeah, you read it right! Nokia already has a prototype of the phone recharging wirelessly. They are able to beam electricty to a power a light bulb few feet away in their experiments.
They say there are waves in the air that just bounces around and most of it is wasted. This waves can be pick up in the air and uses the collected electromagnetic energy to create electrical current, then uses that to recharge the phone’s battery, Nokia said. And the technology hopingly to commercialize in three to five years.
