Ever notice how people texting at night have that eerie blue glow?
Or wake up ready to write down the Next Great Idea, and get blinded by your computer screen?
During the day, computer screens look good—they’re designed to look like the sun. But, at 9PM, 10PM, or 3AM, you probably shouldn’t be looking at the sun.
As what above quote said it gives you a better lighting on your screen. f.lux/flux fixes the color of your computer and automatically adapt to the time of the day. When your working at day time your screen is normal because the environment it bright, but when the night is coming and it’s getting darker, f.lux will change the color and brightness of your display and look like the room you’re in. You can choose from fluorescent or halogen lights at night time, depending on what you’re using. And you can configure the time when the sun sets on your location and when the sun comes up by putting your latitude on the flux settings. Search your major city using wikipedia, and on the upper right side, find your coordinates number and apply it on your f.lux/flux settings.

f.lux Better lighting...for your computer
It’s available in windows and mac os’es, linux also have, but it’s on expiremental stage, but you can try it.
Oh, I almost forgot, if your doing some color-sensitive work like me(graphic designer), you can disable it for one hour at least. And if one hour is not enough, just check the checkbox again to disable it.
You guys should download and try it. It’s FREE BTW! It save some balls… Your eyeballs!
Cheers
