i had this problem at the office where some ports were blocked by the network admin, i asked my officemate marhgil if i can install an ftp client to my system, remembering the restriction by the admin, so i got a hold back.
so nag-isip ako hehhehe, baka kase may mga website na nagooffer ng web based na FTP, so nagsearch nga ko sa kay manong gugel (google).
my query:ftp web based
e yon, dami lumabas hahaha! galing nila talaga 
so my problem is solved…
